[Grand Staircase] [Bryce] [No. 89] [Cedar Breaks] [Capitol Reef] [Southeast] [Arches-Canyonlands] [Green River] [Price] [Ultimate Tour] If I had to recommend just one thing to do in southern Utah, it would have to be a drive along Highway 12. This is one of the prettiest roads in the whole United States. It cuts through the heart of southern Utah and presents the essence of the spirit of southern Utah. Do not miss this road on your trip to southern Utah.

Bryce Canyon National Park |
| There is a whole section dedicated to this national park, but it still is part of Highway 12, so we just had to include a link to it from here. | ||
Kodachrome Basin |
| Just fifteen minutes off of Highway 12, this basin offers some quiet hikes and some unique petrified geysers, and don't miss the grand parade showing continuously. | ||
Escalante Outfitters |

Lower Calf Creek Falls |
| My favorite family hike in southern Utah. This 2 hour round trip hike leads you through red rock ledges, rock art, streams and a magical water fall. | ||

| This quarter mile stretch of Hwy. 12 leads along the very ridge of the slickrock with cliffs off both sides it makes for a fun drive. | ||
